Symbria Analytics partnering with LeadingAge state organizations, launching ecommerce site

Here we grow again! Symbria Analytics is excited to announce that we're partnering with four more LeadingAge state associations to provide a valuable member benefit – and building a new ecommerce website.

New LeadingAge partnerships
Since April 2014, we've partnered with LeadingAge Illinois so that they can provide a Skilled Nursing Resident Power Survey from inQ Experience Surveys – at no cost to members. We've recently signed contracts with LeadingAge IN, MO, NE, and NJ so that they can also provide this benefit to their members. The inQ Skilled Nursing Resident Power Survey is a best-practice-based, short-format survey that covers all areas in a skilled nursing community that have a significant impact on resident satisfaction and on the likelihood that residents and their families will recommend the community to others.

Providing this survey at no cost enables us to acquire new business, because most LeadingAge members will purchase additional surveys for their community when they order the inQ Skilled Nursing Resident Power Survey.

New ecommerce website
inq-ecommerce-siteA new inQ ecommerce website will also make it easier for clients to order inQ Experience Surveys. The www.inQsurveys.com website, which we expect to launch later this month, will feature a "device-responsive" design that automatically responds to the type of device that a visitor is using by resizing content to provide an optimal display.

The new ecommerce website will also allow LeadingAge members to easily enter discount code(s) to receive their free member benefit – and a significant discount on other inQ Experience Survey product orders. When the site launches, we will also use a remarketing campaign (i.e., banner ads that "follow" users online) to encourage visitors to return to our website and complete their purchase.
