Employee GEMs (Going the Extra Mile)

This month, we are shining a spotlight on employees who have gone the extra mile recently! Congratulations to the following team members on their recent awards and accomplishments.

  • Stacey Bolar, a Covenant Alliance Rehab Speech Therapist at Christian Care Center in Phoenix, AZ recently received an LSVT LOUD certification for speech therapy. LSVT LOUD therapy, which focuses on a single goal to "speak LOUD," improves respiratory, vocal, and articulatory function to maximize speech intelligibility for people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions.

  • Neslihan Gacek, an Alliance Rehab Occupational Therapy Assistant at Addolorata Villa in Wheeling, IL will receive an Employee Referral Bonus for encouraging a qualified applicant to apply for an open position with our company. Neslihan referred Occupational Therapy Assistant Michael Conley to Alliance Rehab – who is also part of the Alliance Rehab therapy team at Addolorata Villa.

  • Julian Manaloto, a Covenant Alliance Rehab Physical Therapist at Christian Care Center in Phoenix, AZ has earned an LSVT BIG certification for physical/occupational therapy. LSVT BIG focuses on increasing the amplitude of limb and body movement (i.e., BIGGER movements), which can improve gait, trunk rotation, and speed of movement in upper/lower limbs for people with Parkinson's disease.
