Aaron Hagopian serves as Senior Director of Data Analytics at Symbria, where he oversees the organization’s IT department with a primary focus on data reporting and business intelligence systems. Since joining Symbria in 2003 as the company’s first in-house software engineer, Aaron has advanced through multiple leadership roles, most recently being appointed Senior Director in 2020.
With more than 30 years of experience in long-term care and over 25 years specializing in information technology, Aaron’s strategic contributions span all business lines, leveraging deep industry knowledge to drive innovation and operational excellence. Aaron proactively monitors national regulatory initiatives and develops analyses that highlight their impact on Symbria’s client communities and the broader post-acute care landscape.

Aaron holds an MBA in Marketing Strategy and Planning from DePaul University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.
