Lindsey Canchola joined Symbria in April 2021 as the Director of Sales and Marketing, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in the senior living sector. Prior to joining Symbria, she served as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for the largest senior living organization in Western Pennsylvania. In 2024, Lindsey expanded her leadership responsibilities to include the account management team and now serves as Senior Director of Client Success. In this role, she is responsible for client success, account management, as well as continuing to lead Symbria’s sales and marketing efforts. Lindsey’s unique perspective as a former Symbria client gives her a deep understanding of what matters most to our partners, allowing her to lead with insight, empathy, and a focus on long-term value.
